Today, Thursday 8th September, under the guidance of Lokneta MLA Mr. Hitendraji Thakur and Youth MLA Mr. Kshitijji Thakur, Delegation of Umela – Naigaon West of Bahujan Vikas Aghadi met Commissioner Mr. Anil Kumar Pawar of 🏘️Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation🏘️.
- Hon’ble Municipal Commissioner has assured that he will personally look into the problem of water availability to the residents of Naigaon West & is confident of evolving a solution in the days to come.
- The twin issues of road condition in Umela Phata, Naigaon Station to Vadavali Road as well as LED Street Lights on the main road will be examined by the officials of the respective departments, a survey will be conducted next week & the resolution of these issues will be expedited.
- Similarly, issues related to internal roads at Umela, Sakai Nagar, Amol Nagar, Mariyam Nagar & Pereira Nagar, and Street Lights & Garden Equipment will also be resolved after discussions with Concerned officials.
- A discussion with Fire Brigade officials will be held for preparing an action plan in the eventuality of a Fire in view of the narrow roads at Naigaon Koliwada.
